5. Audit Logs

In this section, you can review detailed audit logs including Type, Sub Type, Message, Source, Status, and Date & Time at which each log entry occurred.

Filtering Options:
Search By Type
  1. User Account: Details about login/logout activities, including success/failure status, source (web/app), and date.
  2. Profile: Information regarding policy application, sync status, profile updates, etc.
  3. Payments: Status updates related to one-time purchases, subscription creation/updation, etc.
  4. Device: Updates related to device registration, application list, etc.
Search By Sub Type
  1. Update: Device update status, source, and date.
  2. Apply: Policy application status, source, and date.
  3. Application Update: Application list update status, source, and date.
  4. Application Sync: Application sync status, source, and date.
  5. Subscription Created/Update/Failed: Details of subscription-related actions, including status, source, and date.
  6. Onetime Purchased/Purchased Failed: Status of one-time plan purchases, source, and date.
  7. Login/Logout/Change Password/Two Step Setting Changed/Update Profile/Registration/Application Status Update: Details of respective actions, including source, success/failure status, and date.
Search By Source
  1. Web: Logs of actions performed via the web interface.
  2. App: Logs of actions performed via the mobile app.
Search By Status
  1. Success: Details of successful actions.
  2. Error: Details of failed actions.
